How much fantasy fulfillment gets done in lucids?How much sex with celebrities or illegal drugs or revenge or whatever have you been able to get?I’m curious as to how well lucid dreaming satisfies desires.
well, for me , its mostly flying and stuff , as you can count this also among desire fulfillment , you could say i do it pretty much

Well. I have hit my friend once in LD. I did it to get some satisfaction, because I can’t hit him RL. 
Sex in LDs might be tricky, because you might wake up from the excitement. (At least that’s how some people have written.) But I would definetly like to try. 
Flying is a thing which most people do, and I hear it’s pretty cool. I haven’t yet fled, but I will if I remember it in my next LD.
You can pretty much do everything, fullfill your fantasies. It’s just that you have to learn control your LDs first, so that you don’t wake up in the middle of something cool.
sex and drugs don’t work in my LDs
take it from me i’ve wasted YEARS of lucid dreams trying to do the stupidest sexual and drug activities and they just aren’t satisfying
the best LDs are just exploring them with an open mind and seeing what you see

i was dreaming about home improvement for some reason not too long ago
they had a “home improvement” restaurant, with some Indian food in it for me
The satisfaction you get from things in lucid dreams all depends on you, and your belief. You can do anything. Drugs and sex in dreams can sometimes feel better than anything in waking “reality”.

Well, if by “desires”, you mean things people want, than lucid dreaming is just about the best thing for that. Sex and drugs aren’t really appealing to me LD-wise, but I’ve been able to do other cool things, like fly, visit amazing new lands, and meet fictional characters. Some stuff is a little hard to do, like change your shape or teleport.
In all honesty though, I wouldn’t recommend using LDs just for sex or drug use when so much more amazing things are possible! However, taking revenge on someone in a dream does make for good stress relief
