FILD Alternative

I made up a FILD alternative. Get mad at me if it’s stupid

When you’re laying in bed 4-6 hours after you sleep. Put your forearm in the air and tickle it up and down for 30-60 seconds. and perform an RC after you do that. But as to FILD. Don’t count the time.

I can’t help but think that might disturb your sleep a bit too much. FILD involves small movements to keep from waking you up too much. Holding up arm and tickeling is a lot of motion.
