Hello everyone, since weekend is turning up I’m going to try WBTB today. What I would like is some tips, what most important to rememer, important aspects, things to avoid etc, from someone experienced with this. Thank you.
Don’t stay up for too long, yet don’t stay up for too short a time. For some people, WBTB works best if they stay up for maybe an hour or so, and for others, just barely waking up does the trick.
Remember, though, that WBTB is not a standalone technique. You need to couple it with something like Autosuggest/MILD/WILD/VILD, etc.
Oh, and make sure there’s nothing important happening that morning!!
I just wake up and go right back to sleep, while trying to
remember my dream, and use MILD!!
I think that if you use WILD with WBTB, you don’t need to stay a lot of time out of your bed. If you use MILD or autosuggestion, 45 minutes is said to work the best. Good luck!
Thanks again Basilus. In fact right now I’m in my waking part (i’ve slept for 6 hours now) and will go back to bed in about 35-45 minutes our so… thanks for the suggestions wish me luck!
