Forgetting about waking up

I’m trying to do WBTB, but when I wake up at morning, I don’t remember waking up at night at all. I had my alarm clock at 5.00, but when I wake up at 11, I don’t have any memories about the alarm going of, or me turning it off.

This has happened a couple of nights in row now… What should I do?
I’m thinking about changing the time of the alarm, to maybe 6.30 or something?

Sounds like a plan. You are probably just to tired to remember at 5 am

Try putting your clock somwhere where you have to stand up to turn it off.

that happens to me even when I’m ot trying to have a ld.
And about putting the allarm clock somewhere where you have to get up to turn it off only works for about a week for me because my body will remember were it is and I’ll sort of sleepwalk to turn it off without realissing it.

I think it’s because you don’t wake up. It happens to me too sometimes. The alarm doesn’t stay on forever, after awhile it stops (mine does at least). So maybe you need to go to bed earlier or set the alarm to 6.30 as you said.

Good idea, I also saw this prototype alarm clock that when it goes off it rolls around on the floor so you chase it down to turn it off… It’s not out yet though. :sad:
