Does anyone know of any free lucid dreaming binaural beats
(the general binaural frequency to induce is from freq 4 to 7, if anyone can make that…)

Unless you did experience real effects due to binaural beats before, I wouldn’t bother trying it. I don’t recall anyone on this forum claiming it worked for them (I could be wrong though, since I don’t read everything).

Or if you want cusoms like converted songs (if this no words please… i can do words but it will take longer) or just longer beats i can make them for you and FREDDY, i have read (not on this forum) that people have experienced positive results with binaural beats. and I have had a semi-positive results from binaural beats. I say Semi because either i was too excited or i just didnt go deep enough before going for WILD.
And be right back, these work best with WILD’s and WBTB and WBTB combined with WILD (i havnt been able to attempt a WBTB ot a WBTB/WILD because i havnt found an alarm that will wake me up without waking up anyone else in the house… I will take any suggestions… Im experimenting with the ipod nano 1st gen alarm)
Binaural beats can be really calming, but that’s all they are to me.
I just got Bejeweled 3 and they have a binaural beat track called Lucid Dream 
I don’t really feel any effect from them, but I tried one that made my hands kind of shaky once. Nothing good has come from them that’s LD-related.

Use the sleep induction one. There are two of them, use the one you like the most. And get some soothing, relaxing music and mix it togather (one sound over another).
It always works for me if I use WBTB. I get a WILD in mather of minutes.
