As I’m sure I’ve stated before, years ago I had a large lucid dream count for some reason and got pretty good at induction techniques. In the last few years this has not been the case. I’ve been experiencing health problems on and off, and haven’t really dreamed that much in months. My dreaming is back now, but not my lucidity. My new medication doesn’t seem to affect dream recall, but I still seem to have a roadblock when it comes to lucidity.
Any suggestions for a previously experienced person who is having a dry spell?
Most LD4allers would recommend you to adjust your sleep cycle and to write DJ.
I am curious to whether you have had experience with ADA or LL, because by using it, that could tell you if your lucidness is adequate for getting LDs.
