Half-Asleep Lucidity?

Ok so, having only 2 LD’s (that lasted about 2 seconds) doesn’t bother me. The thing that does, however, is the fact that to get to sleep I normally think about stuff, I make up stories in my head and I pretend I play a part in it. This is a great way to get to sleep, yet if I focus hard enough on it, I turn it into a dream where I actually AM in it, yet, if you get me, I am still thinking about it. And then something bad will normally happen and it’ll feel so real I wake up, it can be pretty scary.

So my question is, does this happen to anyone else and, what is it!?!

You can use that to your advantage. Just think of a situation where you’re doing a reality check and realize you’re dreaming. It’s called “dream incubation”.

This used to happen me as well until I began with LD’ing. It felt so real that I woke up, but now I am more critical to unreal occurances.

I recommend you to practise on your RC so that you can get an LD :boogie: whatever you do, dont give up :smile:
