I think so.
I have had long pause in LD-s (i don’t even recall when i had my last LD this year), and even if i have vacation right now, but sleep is pretty heavy and i’m having too deep ND-s that last through the night. I bet if i had bit lighter sleep, it would increase my chance to catch that it’s only a dream and to have a LD.

I think it would only have a negative effect on WBTB. A heavy sleeper might also have deeper dreams that are harder to wake from. Or it could be that it’s just harder to wake from deep sleep but has no effect on anything else.
