Heavy weakness after LD

This is the fact:

last night i succeded LD. I was dreaming a discussion in a kitchen with my roommate, then i looked in the screen of the laptop on the table. I saw my reflection smiling and i entered the screen, and started LD (i guess that in this case is called DILD, right?).

Anyway, i found myself in a living room well enlightened. There was a huge grey cat, i grab it and look in his eyes, and the lucidness grows.
After that i start to hear some wired music, like bells. I try to fly away from the room, but i stay in the middle of the air. I try again, but after flying all becomes black and i wake up.

After waking up i felt a huge dizziness and a weight over my head. Is that normal?

I’ve heard some say that LDs can be mentally and/or physically taxing, so it could be normal. It could also be that your body has a problem with tensing up during certain parts of your dream/sleep cycle. I’ve heard of people who have problems with involuntary nocturnal teeth grinding, so I don’t see why a similar thing couldn’t happen with the muscles in your back and neck.

Another explanation might have nothing to do with the LD at all. Could be you just slept with your neck in a weird position at some point. I often wake up with strange aches or numb areas for that reason, unless I sleep on a very rigid surface like the floor.

I think you may be right… LD could be tiring by itself, but also could be a matter of position, after all my neck is cracking all day, and i sleep in weird positions.
