Help...please...

Argh, lucidity seems unreachable for me… Im havin serious problems with fallin asleep. This week for example has been like… 30 hours awake in a row no sleep at all then i sleep 12 hours and then again i cant sleep next night. From saturday to monday no sleep then around 21:00 monday i fall asleep on my bed and wake up tuesday 14:30 and now im typin this message and i still havent slept >__<. Do i have to stay awake this day too and then fall asleep this evenin? I bet its not healthy either, i wanna grow more and ppl grow up when sleepin… Argh… What should i dooo? Oh btw… at least i’ve started to remember my dreams so maybe i can go lucid soon…i hope… :eh:

Did your insomnia come about recently or have you had this a long time already? If it’s recent, was it caused by thinking too much about becomming lucid?

A general thing that some people say that might help is having some hot milk before bed, since it has some stuff in it that makes people drowsy.

Then again, hot milk tastes like…ugh makes me sick

No no, not hot chocolate, because it has sugar in it, and that makes you hyperactive (not nescacerraly crazy-hyper).

Warm milk with a tablespoon of honey, just warm it, don’t make it too hot…

Yeah, and be careful not to heat it too much… I did that once, and… it gets really, really hot. And burns. Ouch.

A real easy way to heat milk is to just put it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, and if it’s still cold, heat it for maybe 5 seconds at a time until it’s warm enough.
