Help to lucid dream

It has been long since I’ve lost my ability to lucid dream. I don’t know why. Can somebody give me ideas how to overcome this? I’m trying MILD, WILD, WBTB and all of them seem not to work anymore. Feels like I “lost my energy” to dream. How can I “get that energy back?”

I know this is going to sound strange, but maybe you should take a break for a couple of weeks. Instead of working on LDing, focus on recall and dreamsigns. I find this helps me.

Puffycloud is right, keeping the deisre to LD out of your mind for a while helps to get the right distance for approaching the issue.
I would add this: during these days. when going to bed, think of the reasons you want all this. Why exactly do you want to LD? How would you like to become lucid? What would you do in your next one? And the others after that? What do you think it’s keeping you from LD’ing successfully? What could you do for this matter?
It helps to keep a notebook nearby, so you can write down the most interesting thoughts down, and work on them the morning after.
