help with WILD needed

part 1:
since i think that a REAL master of lucid dreaming must control as many techniques as possible or at least WILD and MILD i have to master WILD anytime… so why not now.
well… i usually use MILD and i loooove this technique… but i’m going offtopic ~.~
anyway…here are my questions:

i heard about people saying they saw red eyes, evil ghosts, devil-like creatures, hands grabbing after them, loud and scarying noises and so on… and then i really felt uncomfortable about trying WILD anymore… so i would like to know how often, why, when and to whom do this halluzinations happen?

i am generally pretty scared of horrormovies and stuff like that. i don’t check if someone is under my bed, but if i watched a horrormovie i’m like “is there someone in this room? hello?” or “i’m being followed… i know it…” xDD… so i don’t watch horrormovies since 2 or 3 years.

but back to topic…your eyes are closed or can you see the evil beings even through them? and can you feel them? and how long does this state last… and even knowing they can’t hurt you is… well… not enough. i mean…you could tell all people that horrormovies are only movies and no one would ever be afraid of horrormovies, but that’s not the case … you know…

part 2:

i would like to know some details about WILD… until now i didn’t use WILD but i want to try it so i ask…
i understand everything until SP… well you try to stay awake while your body falls asleep and when that happens SP occurs und what next?
and the other thing is that i can’t imagine being awake in the dream if i’m not even really awake in reality… well i mean… if you wake up at night you are pretty tired and then you try WILD… but i can’t imagine being then awake in my LD ~.~
so can you please tell me something about it?

Can reply just to part 1 as I’m still trying to figure out part 2… I’ve been attempting WILD for like 6 months now and never seen/heard any scary thing since I have begun to do it willingly and not just by chance… on the other hand a friend of mine had horrible old hag experiences, but he didn’t know anything of this and when he knew they stopped being so horrible… Probably the consciousness of what happens can be a way to avoid it meaning that if you don’t know what happens and get afraid you’ll most probably experience something unpleasant.

nobody likes me and wants to post in my thread :bambi:

Yeah those experiences would just be hypnagogic images/sounds. It’s different for everyone, and you will likely not experience the same thing. A lot of the HI will just be regular scenes which will eventually transition into a dream sequence, and there’s no reason to automatically assume that all of these HI experiences will be negative and scary…not saying that it can’t happen, just that it isn’t all that likely. I’d say give it a shot, if you don’t like the experience, stop and move on to other techniques.

Or, more likely they just have nothing to say, or haven’t seen this thread yet. It’s only been up since yesterday, be patient.

yeah… i know that this thread is up since yesterday, but i asked the same questions in other threads 1 week ago and there is no answer, yet, so i feared that this thread would end up the same :meh:

and by the way… thank you ^^

so the only question is… are you really not tired when you enter your dream even if you were tired in reality or is it even possible to enter the dream when being tired and then being awake in the dream again oO well it’s really hard to imagine for me
