Insomnia.
When you go to sleep, be sure you don’t move and roll much.
Stay relaxed, don’t be intense.Let your mind wander.
If it doesn’t work, then try self-hypnosis.
When I use it, it takes less than 10 seconds to fall asleep for me(literally)
In self,hypnosis, you have to relax, breathe in and out… repeat: ''breath in…and out…in…and out…in…out… And well, that’s whee I fall asleep
Search on google more about self-hypnosis.
And about lucid dreaming, try to find a method that works best for you.Combine, experiment, and see what works for you best.
