when i tried to do this i did listenen to hemi syncs lucid dream tape.
it really helped me to relax, i felt i was very close to get into a dream
its hard to explain but felt that behing my eyes in my head i saw A large building for 3-4 seconds then it disappeared. ( i can’t call it Lucid or?)
and when i’m trying to WILD without the hemi sync its seems harder du get relaxed.
Is it a good way for getting a LD?
or does it have any side effect? or can i get used to it, and make it hard to get a LD without it?
And another question.
When WIlDing is it meaning to get Hypnagogic imagery or wait for the Picture behind my eyes to come?
shall wilds be done when im going to sleep or shall i sleep some hrs then wild?

I know that the 4th exercise is 8 hours and takes you throughout the night, making you aware during the REM periods so I really don´t see how it can fail…
I don´t think they were meant to help you WILD. Any brain wave entrainment will help you relax.
if you want to perfect the WILDing ability, using brainwave entrainment to relax can be useful but I would recommend trying some with and sometimes without.
Also, don´t use dreaming products if you try to WILD but general relaxation ones…
It´s funny to me you mention hemi sync as I just finished the Gateway Voyage (listening to hemi sync for a week ) which is very intense.
not everyone gets HI, every person has a different experience. The one thing I can tell you is that as you lie in bed, your body goes to sleep, causing your thoughts to have a more subconscious nature until you create a space in your SC and transfer into your thought world (dream world) As you go further on, you´ll notice your thoughts become more and more solid and you tend to feel your physical body less and less until you finally disconnect from it. Its hard to explain but just keep trying and you´ll get there.
Try not to move your body at all, and that includes the eyes, tongue, etc…
It´s better to WILD after you had some sleeping hours as when you go to sleep you have a low level of Serotonin (low mind wakefulness) and your body isn´t too relaxed either which it makes hard to keep the mind awake until the body is asleep. After a couple of sleeping hours, your Serotonin level is high and your body is incredibly relaxed which makes it a lot easier. Trying before going to bed is usually the worst time
