Hi everyone,
So I recently read some articles about lucid dreaming and decided to try WILD last night… just wondering if i was close to getting it right, I went to bed, was very tired and decided to just give it a shot. (probably not best to try at the begining of the night though was it?) I got to the stage of the paralysis feeling and small electric shocks, I also experienced the HI, there was also a very strange sound that became louder and louder, and my eye muscles began to twitch pretty fast… and I believe that this is what ended up bringing the whole experience to a close, due to freaking out a little lol. So do u guys think that I was close to experiencing a lucid dream?
Yes. From me answering this same question about 100 times now, I can tell you that you did very well for your first time! Just try to clear your mind next time and you’ll have a LD, that is as long as you believe you will. Good luck!
Ty for your advice tyrael much appreciated.
Yes, that is a pretty common question here, and I can tell you as well that you did very well for your first time. Keep at it and you’ll be WILDing with no problem, just don’t let the eye thing get you freaked out.
lol its good to know I’m on the right track with it then. Yeah the eye thing was a little weird… but now I know its pretty normal I should have no worries with it… lol ty for the advice wolvendeer
I achieved WILD on my first attempt, but couldn’t do it this morning.
What should I be most focusing on during WILD, the swirling colours on my eyelids, or just trying to visualise dreams and becoming lucid?
It feels like focusing on the CEV, or my eyelids, can really strain my eyes, if I do it for too long. I’m not worried about the twitching eye muscles but just the feeling of straining.
I got to the point where my eyes were twitching a lot, but I couldn’t get get further.
Any tips?
