I just finished having an hour long lucid dream! I have had dreams previously, but nothing so long. I would occasionally return to a normal waking state, but I could always come back to a lucid dream. I flew around the world, ate food, made love to beautiful women and questioned existence. Looking at my hands seemed to help me become more lucid. I used the spinning technique to help me when I felt the dream waning. I kept reminding myself that though I was moving in the dream, my body was perfectly still. When I woke up I felt so good. Damn incredible. My question is this: does the experience of a dream like this make it easier to become lucid in the future? I am wondering where I go from here… Thanks for any input,
-Shea
I’m so proud of you. This is wonderful. You will have an easier time getting lucid as long as you don’t ever take this experience for granted.
What ever you did and what ever you are doing for that lucid dream seems to be working
Congrats on your lucid dream Shea
Well done! Pretty good how you can get back to your lucid dream.

yes it does. In my experince i have found that the longer lucid dreams i had, the occourence of more normal lucid dreams would follow. just keep day dreaming about that one dream and the rest will follow. well done
Excellent Shea! Long LDs are a great sign of more to come
at least your honest with what you do…lol.
im jealous! good job!
that’s awesome you were lucid for so long. I’d guess being able to be lucid that long is definitely a good indication of more to come. Not only that but the simple knowledge of the joy you experienced would definitely be a great autosuggestion.
Well done shea! I’m so jealous.
