I find that I can only get close to OBE’s or SP when I’m extremely tired and that’s only at around 1-3 o clock at night. How can I make myself tired earlier at night so it’s easier to do OBE’s or SP? Also, is the only difference between a WILD and an OBE is that the WILD has a lucid dream?
Forget about making yourself tired earlier in the night … instead wake up in the night and do it then.
Now I have to find a way to do that without waking everyone up ![]()
well either
- drink a lot of fluids before going to bed (you will need the toilet in the night
) - use autosuggestion (I WILL wake up at 4 am [or whatever time you want])
- A watch with an alarm would be quieter than a normal alarm clock … I also believe you can buy vibrating alarms.
(the water is probably the simplest one to do)
The difference between WILD and OBE depends on your beliefs about OBE. If you believe you are leaving your body during an OBE then the difference would be that WILD would be a dream and an OBE is a separate experience. Some people believe that OBEs are simply dreams, in which case there would be no difference. ![]()
