Earlier this morning I took a nap, as I was laying I got comfy and started the counting in my head. But this time it was soo different from my usual counting. This time my mind got really comfy as well my body felt ultra relaxed. With the counting, my mind would also start bringing in new topics and dream like thoughts but I was still counting in my head. After maybe number 60 I had started to hear what sounded like wind being blown into both my ears simotaniously. And I couldn’t feel my body or my bed I felt like I was floating in Mid air. At the same time with that and the Hallucinations I could start seeing this imagery. I was seeing anime eyes and these magezines they looked so clear and so sharp like I had on the perfect pair of glasses or a expensive HD tv. I focused way to much on the imagery and it all disappeared but as well my body kinda reacted a bit harsh. I was a breathing a bit hard and fast and when I came back my heart was beating fast. I was just wondering how close was I too gaining Lucidty, I loved every bit of this experience it felt so amazing and so pleasing. I just wish I could find out what I can fix to acheive lucidness the next time I do that? And my eyes they feel like they are about to slitely open when I am counting how can I fix this cause this is a major problem for me and the comfort?
I am having the same difficulty, however I can almost never find a comfortable position. That’s usually the main problem with me. and i also was seeing alot of anime eyes and faces.
The eyes are my ownly problem. I`ve figured certain positions a little tho.
I’d say just relax and practice some more. You were pretty close! If you feel your heart beat is increadibly fast or you can’t breathe, these are just illusions, so just relax and forget about them (easier said than done, though). It’s hard to give tips as this experience is quite different from everyday experiences and there are subtle variations and everything is so subjective! So just keep trying and see what works and what doesn’t.
