How close was i to SP?

Last night i think i might have got the closest to SP ever, ill try to describe what happened.

In my dream i realised that i was dreaming but it was very short and it ended up fading away and because i knew i was dramign when it faded when i woke up i didnt move or open my eyes and after a few seconds it felt like i was falling really fast and then i got vibrations all over my body, but i think i went straight into a dream because i just ended up with my eyes open.

How close was i to SP and if so how can you not fall asleep again?

EDIT: After looking more into Sleep Paralysis the “dream” i had after the vibrations was me sleeping in my bed, could i have quickly gone into Sleep Paralysis and then woke up?

Maybe you already were in SP. This falling and vibrating sensation is very common when experiencing the beginning of the SP.

Remember that your goal is to fall asleep, but fall asleep consciously. Because if you want to dream you need to sleep… So don’t avoid that…
