Hello, first time posting here. I’d be trying to sleep right now and working on it, but I can’t as my dad’s decided he wants to do some DIY (I wonder how the people on the flat above me feel about that, it being 00:20).
I’ve been trying for a week now, and I’ve noticed some great progress. I’ve achieved sleep paralysis once (or, I thought it was SP. I wasn’t trying to move my body, but I felt the vibrations and the increased heart rate),. I’ve got dream recall of around 80%, up from around 5% from before I was keeping my DJ, so I’m pretty sure I’ll get there at some point. I’m just wondering how far off I am.
The trouble is I think I’m too accepting of reality, so I don’t notice farfetched scenarios or dreamsigns, so I struggle to get DILDs. I struggle to sleep anyway, so WILDs are tough, but I’ve been working on them. As for MILDs, I don’t really understand the technique. But, just attempting to WILD and WBTB seems to be getting me somewhere.
