Taking into consideration the fact that everyone is different and everyone has different methods, different work ethics etc…
How long did it take you to have longer more controlled and stabilized lucid dreams? Was it something that came with experience, and practice? A “once I learned what i wasn’t doing right, I fixed it” thing? Or something like “I just got better over time,”
The semi-lucids are really testing my will power right now and I’m wondering if I’m either going to have to simply be patient or keep trying new ways to stabilize or different methods.
They are pretty awesome semi-lucids though I’m not even gonna lie haha
It depends how dedicated you are and I suppose just depends on the person too. Can I ask what you mean by semi-lucid? And what have you been doing to attain lucidity?
Semi lucid dreams are when you realize that you’re dreaming, but you don’t fully grasp the concept of what that notion entails. They are short, lack control and stability sometimes with low vividness. However these factors vary. Some people have vivid semi-lucids that are short. Some may have long semi-lucids that are blurry.

I do mental reality checks throughout the day, bringing awareness to me. Sometimes I do mantras before bed, in general I just try to keep my motivation high, also dream journaling. So I guess this would be a little bit of ADA with MILD
