I have been trying for 2 days now. So far the first night i didnt get a dream, the second night i had a pre. Im wondering, how much longer, on avarage, will it take for me to have a lucid dream? and how long did it take you to have one?
You just have to practice a technique for maybe a week or two. There is a program called “Infinity” that takes two weeks to complete and it guarantees that you will have a lucid dream. So I’d say about two weeks to have a lucid dream.
EDIT: If your were very dedicated to LD then the max it would take for you is 2 weeks.
Well i had a LD first time i tried but it didnt last for too long. Took me about 5 days to have a high level one and now i havent had one in months. Wish me luck for tonight
I had a few low-level LDs sparsely, then my 1st LD about a month after I started. Since 9/14 I have had 4.5 LDs, approximately (about 2 months, 5-10 seconds each).
I didn’t really even try. I had read about it once and was like, “Yeah, yeah, what’s the big deal? So you realize you’re dreaming. So what?” But then I had one just randomly in the middle of the night and thought, “Crud. I gotta get more!” So now I’m addicted to LDing. XD During a dryspell, it can take my about 2 to 3 weeks to get one, but otherwise, I can get one or two every couple of nights.
I been trying almost every weekend in the past month. Still no LD
But most times i fail because i fall asleep because im too tired when i try it. So tonight im going to take a nap for about an hour and try it before i go to sleep.
I think it’ll work because I tried it a few days ago and I got into sleep paralisis, but i was really tired and just went to sleep because I had school the next day.
But I know that im getting closer so thats good.
