How often do you think about lucid dreaming?

Ever since I started to feel seriously interested in lucid dreaming, I have noticed that it is something that’s always in the back of my head.
It seems to me like this is one of those things that sticks to you once you have got into it and becomes a major part of your life in general.
My whole view on life has changed quite dramatically, and I feel like I have rekindled my curiosity for all the small things around me that I completely ignored in the past.
I think this is one of the most beautiful “side effects” of lucid dreaming - it makes you wake up in the real world and appreciate life on a much deeper level. :content:

Exactly, it’s amazing how normal, certain things become objects of observation and understanding. Certain things you would take for granted now you just don’t take as final possible thing.

Becoming lucid in WL is really something amazing and I do agree that LD’ing can change the view on life in general…

Even if LDing still isn’t that much part of my life, and I’m currently not concentrating that much on LD as I’d like to, I can confirm this “lucid moments” in walking life.
I’m still often in the completely opposite state of mind, day-dreaming.
I can barely even remember what we learned during french today
I wonder if this has a very negative effect on Lucid Dreaming?
