The past few nights I’ve been dreaming then realized I was dreaming but things went by so fast I had no idea what to do.
I’m really new at this and I don’t know how to get in control.
I’m not quite sure what you mean but… I believe that you need to be calm at all times to get the best results out of an LD. So I’d recommend that you’d just concentrate on your current situation and then try to remember what you wanted to do. That’s what I usually try to do first.

Try spining and telling yourself that when you stop spinning you will still be dreaming and then rub your hands together and take some deep breaths.
