Hio I have this problem… When I have try WILD and fail, Is it almost impossible to sleep afterwards Its like my brain want to let go of my consciousness … So if some one know something about sleep is probably u guys / girls . so I wonder if u have the some problem ? after a WILD attempt whiteout WBTB, Am I not enable to sleep before after 1 ore 2 hour… Do u have a tips for me have I could sleep faster after a WILD attempt ?
Unless you have had success with doing WILD without WBTB I would suggest forgetting about it. I have tried it a number of times and all it ends up doing is keeping me up for a couple extra hours.
The best method I have found for getting to sleep is to watch television.

I sleep on my side for about an hour and watch television, usually Comedy Central or the Discovery Channel. Then I flip onto my other side and I am usually relaxed enough to fall asleep in about 10 minutes.
you shouldn’t watch tv or read or listen to music in bed becuase then the brain associates bed with things other than sleeping.
however i listen to music in bed all the time.
I also have the same WILD problems… I think technicalyl if you drift out of it a lot it counts as “sleep” somehow so you aren’t tired for a few hours after it, maybe.
I don’t know… you just have to stay right on the sleep border and stay on it until you cannot focus at all and you pass out. It’s hard because I can be on the sleep border and not be tired at all, and you want to be DEAD tired so your sleep process tries to start up.
Umm… it’s best to get up and walk around for a minute or two then lie back down, that can help you get tired again, if you’re finding it hard to get to sleep.
These some tips to sleep:

Don´t try practice any kind of hard excercise at nigth. Jogging, football, basket or activities that make you much excited! Sex however is preety recommended, because of the colateral effects!

It´s high important a bedroon without any lights when you are trying to sleep. There are people that prefer the oposite, but usually this is because of a old habit.

A glass of milk few moments before sleep can activate substances in our brain that helps to sleep.
