How to wake up for WILD's or WBTB

okay, from what books i’ve read and videos I have seen…they all say to wake up around 3-4. How do you do that??? How do you wake up naturally without an alaram. They all say use “autosuggestion” but how the hell do you do that? hahaha :shy:
or are there any other ways to awaken without an alaram. thanks ^^ :content:

One way is to actually just tell yourself that you want to wake up at a certain time;
I always do that and it usually works. :smile:

For example, say you want to wake up at 7 AM - to do that, just tell yourself “I want to wake up at 7 AM” (make sure you really mean it, don’t just say it but really feel it as well) and also picture the time on your watch - if you do this then your subconscious will listen and with some luck you will actually wake up at that point, or close to it.
It doesn’t always work though, so I recommend that you have an alarm clock set 5-10 minutes later.

Some people also drink a lot of water so they will need to go to the bathroom later in the night, but that’s obviously a little harder to predict.

If you REALLY struggle with autosuggestion, try downloading an alarm app that slowly builds up to a volume that only just wakes you. For example the one i have is call alarm clock xtreme and its on android. I used to set it to build up to 50% over a ten minute spell that normally just stirs me enough and i had very vivid dreams after falling back asleep, however there is also an option on the app to have a vibrating alarm that i feel works even better. A thing to note about this as you can set it to go off after a few minutes so you dont even have to move after you awaken. Try autosuggestion first though :smile:
