huge frustration...

you know something that kills dreams and sleeping period?
if you have a lot on your mind… you really can forget lucid dreaming and dream recall… or a good nights sleep in that matter…
is there anything to help clear my mind so i can sleep?
and dream (this isn’t madatory i just wanna sleep)
i keep thinking and thinking and thinking some more and can’t sleep i have went 5-6 days with about 2-3 hours of sleep all together…
has anyone had any expereince with this?

Maybe try meditation and relaxation, there are lots of good post about it on the forum already. Try the search button. :smile:

Maybe excersising could help out. I know I fall a sleep much easier if I’m physically exhausted, so maybe try taking a good long run some hours before going to sleep.
