I have many questions.. would like more than one opinions.

Okay so…

  1. is anyone good with wilding, or does anyone, or someone you know, know how to wild decently WITHOUT wbtb? because… frankly i just dont have the willpower to pull wbtb off.
  2. Tied in, anyone who has pulled that off, how long did it take to cross over without the WBTB?
  3. I have some pretty gnarly neck problem when im laying on my back, like it will start to get uncomfortable sometimes, twitch etc. any tips?
  4. Anyone else have a problem with swallowing while trying to get to sleep? thats like one of the biggest problems i have… (there was no sexual innuendo in there, stop laughing)
  5. I’m trying b6 110 mg total and 3 mg of melatonin tonight, going on a 2 month dryspell, just starting these, wondering if anyone noticed sizeable effects from this stuff, and if anyone has had problems sleeping after drinking a lot of milk? i used to drink like 3-4 glases in a 2 hour period before sleeping, i beleive all the acid in my stomach is what caused my sleeplessness, which is why im changing that today.

Ive succeeded in Wild about 5 times, 2 before sleep. What I have noticed is that I was very tired when I had my Wilds before sleep. I was so tired it was as if I woke up during sleep and was going back to sleep. And it took me about 30 seconds to crossover once I got into bed and closed my eyes. About the neck, maby try sleeping in a different position. I prefer the back because its comfortable but I can’t fall asleep on my back. So I lay on my stomach:p. Maby get a new pillow or something. And yes, when im trying and im fully awake, swallowing is a poopie. So is drool, because im sleeping with my face down.

I’ve had a few WILD’s… most of them or all of them after waking up in the night/morning. Many after waking up after doing a WBTB, lol. I’m far from being good at it though. :shy: I think it might help, and I know you don’t want to hear this, to do WBTB. It’s easier to WILD, so it’s a good way to practice I beleive. So then when you try it without WBTB it might be easier because you’re a bit more familiar with WILD.

All this could be nonsense, though. :rofl: As I said, I’m not that good at WILD.

Anyway, I find that to WILD without WBTB I have to have a lot of willpower and concentration. And I haven’t done it many times, unless you count chaining.

I also have the neck problem when I’m on my back. That’s why I preffer to try on my side.

I’ve read people saying that if you want to swallow (or have an itch), just do it. The important part is not to focus much atention on it. Just do it and go back to where you left off.
