Alright, I know what WILD is, and am quite successful at it when I try. I’ve felt the sensations, heard the sounds, all that stuff. However, sometimes I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and it’ll feel like my bed is vibrating slightly. This happened just last night after I drifted off after listening to the trance induction MP3. What causes this sensation despite the fact that I’m not WILD-ing?
SP?
Nope, I have that all the time too. I can move freely while feeling the vibes.
maybe it’s just very mild SP
REM hallucinations. Your body is awake, your brain is still percieving dream imagry and/or sensations.
Sometimes you can feel the vibrations when you get out from a dream. I experienced them just once, and it was in these conditions. But I’m not a pro, I hope someone can give better examples.
An other Theorie says that these vibrations are your energy body creating a etheric body…
Depends on your viewpoint which explanation you favour.
Ooo, etheric, eh? Well yeah, I always get them when I go from dreaming right to being awake. It’s so weird! I SWEAR the bed is moving. So… am I actually vibrating or it’s all imagined?! I take it it’s the latter, then.
I find them very energizing, either that or just my excitement
maybe chi flow re-adjusting, but it seems related to entering trance
oh and i’ve had bed-shaking long before experiencing them, and turns out one of the times was a small earthquake
When I do WILD I frequently get vibrations so strong that it feels like I am having a seizure. It also sometimes happens in between dreams. I think you might be experiencing the same type of thing.
A scientific and down-to-earth explanation is that these vibrations are caused by shifting brainwaves up or down (mostly down though), which means you either get deeper into trance (or fall asleep) or the opposite.
