I think I failed at WILD last night.

Hey, I’ve been doing WILD every night for 2 weeks now, now, note, I’m not waking up, but I thought I’d try anyway, so going to bed is more fun. Last night I did very well, I got some lights at the beginning, then I got some very vivid dream fragments, I’m not sure if they were my day-dream or what I saw they were so vivid, anyway, as I progressed, I suddenly saw black surround me, then circles that were grey in colour zoomed away from me as I started to feel tingly, then numb, then I felt like rubber. I was in SP. So I was happy, but I knew I had to calm down, anyway, I stayed in SP for about 30 minutes. And then I wondered what was going on, so I sat there for another 30 minutes. Absolutely nothing happened, I was in SP completely, I was aware, counting. Anyway, I thought I’d check to see if it was a false awakening, I opened my eyes, felt super tired checked my hands, they had 5 fingers. And I was certain it was normal, I can tell when I’m in real life if it’s a dream or not, and I know it was real life. So I closed eyes again, I paralysed very quickly, then black again for 30 minutes, so I gave up, then I couldn’t get back to sleep for about 3 hours, I’ve been tired all day now. =\

Anyway, anyone know what happened? What I did wrong? etc.

Try practising WILD with WBTB. If you still don’t have any result, use a DILD technique.

I tried the WBTB/WILD method, but I always drift off extremely quickly, and do much worse with WBTB/WILD than with just WILD, which I did perfectly, it’s just my dream stopped when I entered SP. Which I don’t know why it happened.
