hey i have never lucid dream before,i have been just reading about lucid dreaming for a week now.
I have been trying wild 3 times a day for 3 days now.
And its weird but i dont feel nything.
And when i think im close,my heart starts beating fast and i have troubling breathing and my body becomes rigid and my legs jerk sometimes.
I dont think this is normal.
Help plz…
Well, it may not be “normal” but it is not unusual. Several people have said that they had similar experiences with WILD. Lots of people keep saying here “WILD is not easy”. It sounds good as a tech, and lots of people keep trying it, but there are a lot of difficulties when you first start.
For the most part, if you can remain calm and keep going, your chances are better that it will work. It takes a lot of patience and practice. You have to learn what to pay attention to and what to ignore, because it is different for different people.

I have a major problem when I try to have a WILD.
BOREDOM!! I can’t just sit there doing nothing, I either get too bored or fall asleep, what can I do?!
Are you attempting WILD when you go to bed, or with WBTB?

Because with the WBTB method you will have more success.
maybe,but hey wth,i try wild whenever i have time anytime in the day,even in school.

Umm, how can you try WILD at school? Lay down on the table? It needs to be quiet, schools are noisy.
Yes, you will get “better” at WILD, but it takes A LOT of practice. It may not happen today, it may not happen next week, it may not happen even next month. Patience and practice are required, but don’t over-do it. But might be, that WILD is not the right techinque for you. Yes, it sounds the most coolest of them, but also not the easiest. u know,i dont do wild because it sounds the most coolest or nything.
I do it because i feel it perfect for me.
I havent read the link but i just know it.
Its a good technique for ME, coz i’m a control freak, since childhood i tried to do things with my consciousness.
Hovewer it took me almost a month just to get to “vibrations” state.
I would suggest you to read the forum on wich technique to use, because you really don’t know if it’s truely right for you or not. Just my opinion, but maybe WILD isn’t the best thing to start out with
