I was determined to WILD last night

I haven’t been concentrating hard on lucid dreaming but last night i decided i will go for it. start this whole process again after a long long break…
Anyway Friday night after work i was extremely tired so i just ordered a subway and went to bed for about 4 hours… I woke up had a shower and watched some late night tv for about 2 hours. Just before going to bed i thought, why not start WILDing again while i have already unintentionally started the WBTB method. I logged onto ld4all and looked at the WILD process again just in case i had missed something…

So i went to bed counting 1 … im dreamin … 2 … im dreaming
while counting i was also concentrating on my breathing…
Anyway i was trying to look for HI but didn’t see anything interesting. I wasn’t long after that these vibrations kicked in. I really don’t like these vibrations, i only like them because i know im almost there, but they are really uncomfortable.
While these vibrations kicked in i decided to sit up and that is what i did.
I sat up but it took a lot of effort and i felt i was being dragged back into my RL body that is asleep. I moved my hands forward and looked at them. Its was like seeing a ghost. I could see my hands but they were transparent. Everything else was clear, i could see everything in my room. However it was dark as the light off.
Also there was this noise i was constantly hearing (It was like the noise your brain makes when everything is dead silent, but this noise was amplified)
It was a lot of effort to keep myself up as the force pulling myself back to my RL body was still strong. I gave up and let it take over and at that point i felt the vibrations again. I sat up again and the noise in my ears was still there. this time i tried to speak but nothing came out and it required a lot of effort to speak. The force pulling myself back into my RL body took over again and had to la back down…
this was when i had a really ichy leg and i couldn’t resist scratching it. I had to scratch it which woke me up completely

Can anyone give me any advise or tips?
I find WILD to be a lot more easier. I just cannot induce a lucid dream while in a normal dream.
Was it the right time to move when my vibrations kicked in?
Does anything happen after the vibrations???

Help is much appreciated
Thanks

The itching is common, i mean it’s itching after all. And when your thinking about “please don’t itch” or when you think about it you notice it more. You shouldn’t do the 1 im dreaming, 2 im dreaming thing unless your really tired, or it will keep you awake.

The vibrations are your body falling asleep, thats it. You should wait for the HI before you “Do Anything” that with what you make your “dream scene” with. And you shouldn’ t move when you have those vibrations, just let things flow, relax and your body will fall asleep. If you move you’ll wake up.

That noise, the noise in your head that was amplified. I heard that too when i tried WILD. It was quite awesome.
