I haven’t been concentrating hard on lucid dreaming but last night i decided i will go for it. start this whole process again after a long long break…
Anyway Friday night after work i was extremely tired so i just ordered a subway and went to bed for about 4 hours… I woke up had a shower and watched some late night tv for about 2 hours. Just before going to bed i thought, why not start WILDing again while i have already unintentionally started the WBTB method. I logged onto ld4all and looked at the WILD process again just in case i had missed something…
So i went to bed counting 1 … im dreamin … 2 … im dreaming
while counting i was also concentrating on my breathing…
Anyway i was trying to look for HI but didn’t see anything interesting. I wasn’t long after that these vibrations kicked in. I really don’t like these vibrations, i only like them because i know im almost there, but they are really uncomfortable.
While these vibrations kicked in i decided to sit up and that is what i did.
I sat up but it took a lot of effort and i felt i was being dragged back into my RL body that is asleep. I moved my hands forward and looked at them. Its was like seeing a ghost. I could see my hands but they were transparent. Everything else was clear, i could see everything in my room. However it was dark as the light off.
Also there was this noise i was constantly hearing (It was like the noise your brain makes when everything is dead silent, but this noise was amplified)
It was a lot of effort to keep myself up as the force pulling myself back to my RL body was still strong. I gave up and let it take over and at that point i felt the vibrations again. I sat up again and the noise in my ears was still there. this time i tried to speak but nothing came out and it required a lot of effort to speak. The force pulling myself back into my RL body took over again and had to la back down…
this was when i had a really ichy leg and i couldn’t resist scratching it. I had to scratch it which woke me up completely
Can anyone give me any advise or tips?
I find WILD to be a lot more easier. I just cannot induce a lucid dream while in a normal dream.
Was it the right time to move when my vibrations kicked in?
Does anything happen after the vibrations???
Help is much appreciated
Thanks
