Im changing my schedual...

Im going to try WILD, and WBTB, and 30 min afternoon naps Monday through Friday. On the weekends I will do morning naps. I want to get and average of 8 to 9 hours of sleep every day. I dont want to sleep too much. I figure with a set schedual it would be easier.

If you can get to sleep alright, it could work very well.
