I'm getting ready for a nap..so...

What do you guys think I should try? I know WILD seems the right choice but would it be possible to MILD also?

Which one do you guys think would work better? I know since it’s a nap I can get into REM faster, but I haven’t had any success with WILD yet. (Or MILD either) Lol

Well, I decided to go with MILD. I was staring at my hands and telling myself that when I see my hands in my dream I will realize I’m dreaming.

Problem is I didn’t even fall asleep, oh well, I’ll try tonight.
