I'm Going In! LD Help Needed.

Alright, I’ve been familiar with LD for about a month now. For about a solid week, I practiced RC’s, and attempted a few WILD’s. I increased my dream recall from 0-1 a week to around 2-4 a night. There was one occasion where I was still semi-conscious, and I just firmly, out of the blue said, “I’m dreaming” in my dream. However, since the dream was just beginning, and it was already fuzzy, I immediately woke up.

Now, since then, I’ve had several things I’ve had to do, and I hadn’t concentrated in LD in about 2-3 weeks. Now I’m fresh back onto it, after a break, but I let my dream recall dip down so low that I can barely recall them now.

I’m keeping a digital, very detailed journal of my pursuits in a computer only 3 feet from my bed, allowing quick access.

Now, this is where I need help. I personlly believe that a WILD would be my best approach. I attemtped a WBTB last night, and it completely messed up my sleeping schedule, and still couldn’t remember my dream. I also find that RC’s don’t become very reliable, and they don’t help me.

I plan to attempt a WILD tonight, and I hope it works. I need some advice though on what more should I do.

Also, I have a question:
-If I have a WILD, when I awake from that dream, am I going to have a high chance of remembering it?

Thanks in advanced.

I found that when I use WILD/WBTB if I do not stay up long then my sleep is not interrupted. I wake up, just jot down a few notes about my dreams, then go right back to sleep. I do not stay up for more than 5 minutes. Another benefit of not staying up too long is that WILD happens much more quickly. IMO it is the easiest way of inducing WILD.

I remember all my lucid dreams even very low lucid ones so you should have no trouble remembering a lucid dream. Lucid dreams are as easy to remember as something you do in real life (at least for me)

Good luck and happy dreaming.
