i’m new as well. i’m 17 and i’ve been practicing lucidity for about a month. i’'m at the point where i can recognize i’m dreaming but not quite to control just yet.
I’m also doing a paper on the topic for psych class.

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your progress, being able to figure out you’re dreaming is a pretty amazing achievement after just one month!
You can read all about getting more control in dreams in the topics of this forum (‘Quest for lucidity’ is probably where you’ll wanna be). Im confident there’s gonna be more than enough information in there to fill your psych class paper too
