This had happenbd a number of time but i just dont know what to do…
this is what happens…
After an hour i sleeping realize i am dreaming and i can feel myself laying in bed… Im not awake but im not dreaming either…
Then i get this “feeling” throughout my body… Its like a shiver feeling but you dont move any muscles. Mabey like a chill down your spine feeling…
Anyway starts at my feet and eventually gots to my head. My visual at this point is like a white fuzz… This “feeling”, once it has gotto my head, gets stronger and i know this is the point i can get lucid…
the first time this happend i didnt know what to do and nothing happend… but this “feeling” happend twice, but the second time was weeker… i then started to slowly wake up to real life.
The last time that this happend i tried to think of a seen. I thought of going down a roller coaster(i read that sum1 had an ld of this on the board the night befroe so i thought of a rollercoaster). Anyway i went down the roller coaster and the feeling was real. But it faded out fast, it was like it wasnt strong enough… the “feeling” then happend again but it was weeker and nothing happend…
What am i surpose to do here???
im sooo clsoe. I know it!!
i have had this feeling 3 times this week!!
advice??
Ok. There are numerous types of “vibrations”.
Two that i know of:
Chills that you get when your inspired (i induce this often for fun ).
Vibrations from SP.
Chills when your cold.
If its number 1 or 3, i dont think it is good because it can distract you from not feeling your body… if its number 2 then you probably WILDed.
WILDing is weird as when it happens, first its just imaginations that you have, and after a minute it turns into a dream without you realising so be prepared.
its deffinantly not chills because it is kind of slow and it usually happens twice…
so this is what “vibration” means that every1 is talking about…
i wild every night so tis is probably what it is…
but do i just think of a situation/scene and then it should carry on naturally?
Sounds like you were right at the door of a WILD. The thing that works for me is to let go of my thoughts. As you let go more you may experience your body being pulled in some direction or visually you might see a dream start to form around you. My thoughts here is to be passive to crossover into the dream. You may/may not feel a brief blackout before entering the dream but that is ok. But, that is how much you have to let go of your consciousness.
it happend again today!
was soo close… but just as it was about to take place someone had to scream and wake me up… bastards… it was a day nap and not actual sleep…
these always happen after an hour of sleeping aswell.
What you described sounds like how I got my first good LD. It is important not to think about the fact that you are about to LD, because that usually killed it. I have most a few LDs because of this. The only time I got an LD out of it was the first time, when I didn’t know what was going to happen. It’s difficult, but you just have to keep your mind blank and you will go into a dream, fully lucid. That is, if what you are experiencing really is the same as what I did.
