Recently I have been using my ipod for a lot of dream related stuff. I have a dream controler, DJ, and an app with binaural beats. I tried it out for the first time this morning. I only did a ten minute session of theta and here’s what happened. First few minutes nothing happened then I felt like I was sinking into my bed. My mind started to drift. First it was just daydreaming but then I forgot I was daydreaming. Then a few minutes later I woke up just as the session was coming to an end (I don’t even remember falling asleep). Can someone tell me if this is a good start or not and what direction I should be moving in to have an LD using this thing. Thanks
Not sure, the fact that you’re trying is all that is important right now but it probably wouldn’t hurt to stick with the tried and true basics. Wake back to bed several times a night to improve dream recall and dream awareness, RC check often (just look closely at your hand for a few seconds and be sure you have 5 fingers), and spend time everyday imagining what you want to do in your dreams.
