Ok so ive tried to lucid dream now two nights in a roll. I have had some things happen and im not sure what it is. The first night I had strong buzzing, loud noises, and my “dream” body was trying to wobble back and fourth until it came out of my real body. It finally did and my dream body rolled out of my real body on to the floor. Anyways my dream body got up off the floor and look on my bed to see if I saw my real body lying there but it wasnt. At this point I couldnt think anymore and it turned into a normal dream in which I thought I was awake in real life and I said to mysself darn I didnt lucid dream im gonna get back in the bed and try again. Last night I got the buzzing and all and got out of my body, then I walked down stairs and was aware I was dreaming, but then all of a sudden I wasnt aware and it turned into a normal dream. Anyways I dont know if this is the beginning of a lucid dream or OBE. I dont really wanna astro project, I wanna lucid dream. Anyone know? Thanks
That as a lucid dream, OBE’s are more like false awakenings.
Congrats, you had a succesfull WILD two nights in a row, that’s great for a beginner
sounds like a bizzare mixture of OBE and FA to me, since you thought you were awake (when you were asleep).
people who experience OBE really think they were seperated from their body, so what did you think you were?
If this sort of thing happens again, try your reality checks
Why did you post that 4 times?
These double posts have been deleted. Such a problem may happen when forum slows down.
and have you ever had a WILD? I have, and that’s exactly what he described.
well I was seperated from my body, but I couldnt see my real body sleeping on the bed, but thats when I thought I was awake. After I rolled out of my real body, I got off the floor and said to myself dang I didnt lucid dream I just fell out of bed. Then I got back in bed to try to lucid dream again. But that was a dream, it turned into a dream that I thought I was awake after I rolled out of my body. Kinda confusing, lol.
OOBE and WILD is the same… The difference is wether you believe you left your physical body for real or if you believe it was all happening in your mind. I believe the latter, as i have had plenty of such lucid dreams as well.
I think Tomas hit it right on the button. Also, I hold to the same belief as Tomas that OBE is just a lucid dream with no “seperation” from your body.
It was of course a lucid dream. Suppposing that astral projection exists, what you experienced wasn’t a AP cause you didn’t see any body in your bed.
Now you’ve experienced how easy it is to imagine that a WILD is a AP, don’t worry about that and next time you have a LD, perform a RC, go through the window and enjoy your LD.
AP is actually supposed to take place on another plane of reality. EP “etheric projection” is the classic one when where you leave your body and stay in the so called real time/physical plane of reality.
According to what i have read on the subject.
