Is this DILD?

I didn’t know whether this belongs here or in the quest for lucidity forum, so I’m sorry if I posted it in the wrong forum.
In a lot of my lucid dreams, I become lucid simply by knowing that I’m dreaming. There is nothing in the dream that causes me to realize it, like dream signs. I have had a few DILDs where I became lucid through dreamsigns, so I know that they are not triggering the other LDs. Sometimes, I am just lucid, and I have no recollection of dreaming before I was lucid.
Would becoming lucid in the above ways still be considered DILD induced dreams, or are they something entirely different?

I would call that a gift more than anything
Well, if you highlight your mouse cursor over the acronyms DILD that have the underline on them in forum posts, the definition comes up showing a criteria of DILD is that it can be becoming lucid spontaneously. I think that fits what you described as the way you usually become aware, so you can call them DILD’s
