When i went to sleep (nap) i left on a song on.

Well When i was dreaming, i heard this song. Everyone was singing it. Then there was this pokemon cartoon character singing it. Yep, EVERYONE was singing the song 
over and over and over (well it IS my favorite song)
So i was wondering if you hearing anything when you are sleeping affects your dream?
