Jacko: guilty or not guilty?
Based on the evidence I have heard I think he is a paedophile and therefore he should be kept away from all children and vulnerable people, but I also think there should be some proper effort put into understanding his life history because he is a walking story about the potentially horrific effects of fame, family pressure, racism, outrageous richness etc.
What does everyone else think?
i’m inclined to agree with everything you said, except that i haven’t followed it and therefore do not have a conclusion about what i think he did or didn’t do.
everytime it seems to look like he did it, they find some “evidence” that the kids are making stuff up.
so i’m not sure.
Personally I think the circumstantial evidence is damning enough. There was a documentary recently and some guy hit the nail on the head when he said something like if this was the guy down your road he would have lynched by now. It’s only because he is Michael Jackson that he can get away with making friends with many little pre-pubescent boys and sleeping with them (which he has admitted).
Which other 40-odd year old could get away with admitting to sleeping in the same bed as a young boy (obviously not a son etc) because he ‘loved’ him so much?
First let me say that I strongly believe that we must presume everyone to be innocent until proven guilty.
With that said, I’ll make a prediction as to what I think the jury will do. I think he will be found guilty.
Then again, I was sure Scott Peterson would be found not guilty (notice I said not guilty, not innocent) so we will see.
i don’t know, i can envision wanting to cuddle with someone, furthermore a child, just to share in a magical moment, and have nothing at all sexual to do with it, but at the same time i can see how … you know, being an adult, the two feelings could get confused, and it would be unlikely for an adult to literally do that without at some point engaging in sexual endeavours…
I think there is a good chance is is guilty, and he should be punished, but I can see what your saying about fame. This guy is being pushed to the limit as far as fame, and to make it scaryer his face is decaying infront of everyone. He is caught is a paradox the lights, and camras, and fame is what is driving him crazy, and he becomes the focus of intence attention. Think about how latenight TV …Shows like Jay Leno. There allways making jokes about, he is in the tabloids. Hes like a ticking time bomb, and that is why he freaks me out so much, and why I said he might be the antichrist. This well be like the next OJ simpson trial, but much more scaryer.

I think I have posted on this subject before. But I am going to say what I have been thinking in the beginning.
From what I have heard, the story of the kid sounds really shaky. He even had meetings with lawyers before he ever came out with the story. I say this as someone from outside the courtroom though.
The evidence the people see in the courtroom might change their minds. It doesn’t seem like there is such damaging evidence for either side. Otherwise we would have heard about it by now. Kind of like how the glove didn’t fit O.J. Simpson.
Besides that point. I think he desirves to be taken to court for his behavior in the past. He thinks its alright to have children, other than his own, sleep next to him when they ‘spend the night’. Due to that, he makes himself a really easy target for molestation charges and I hope he learns his lesson and stops making himself such an easy target.
There is good forensic evidence that the finger print of the brother of one of the kids alleging he abused him is on a porn mag of Jackos. I think he needs to explain that one away before he can claim that he doesn’t show kids porn mags.
I recently heard that some celebertie’s testimony damaged Jackson’s case. But then I also heard that Culcin (or how ever his name is spelled) said he had never been touched by him ever.
Heard the testimonies from people saying they have seen jacko touch their penis, have their hand inside their pants, shower with them and so on.
I mean, if someone were to molest someone, wouldn’t they make sure the door would be locked? Or would that make it more suspicious?
I think there is a big gap between the UK and the US on Jacko. You do not find anyone over here who thinks that he slept with ONLY young male kids for innocent reasons. I mean he was the most famous person in the world at one time, and just ridiculously rich, where were all the women or men? People are not asexual, and he certainly wasn’t heterosexual or homosexual with adults.
Based on the evidance that I have heard, I think that he is inocent. the mom of the acuser once said that a sercurity gaurd at Sears groped he just so she could get money. Mady she is doing the same thing now.
