I have 3 dream signs that keep popping up in my dreams. Walking, the color gray and water. I can remember that they were there. Its just that I havn’t found a way to use it to help me become lucid. Water is the one that apers the most. Something about Water I don’t know yet. I’ll fine a way, maybe I’ll start doing a mild and tell myself to watch out for water in my dream. Oh yah I can’t fall asleep on my back. I have to roll over to fall asleep if not I just stay there. Stuck in hafe paralysis hafe HI and hafe memory impressions.
Do you do RC’s on a regular basis while awake. This may help so that when you are dreaming you will naturally try to do an RC regardless of dreamsigns.
Also, I’ve noticed I sometimes miss dreamsigns too. Like, I will notice that I am dreaming, but won’t become lucid. I’ve find that when I get to this point I have to do something to enage the experience. Reach out and touch something, stop and pause, then try an RC etc.
