Hmm… I find it quite relaxing when, in the evening, I lay back in my bed and put some trance music like Paul Oakenfold’s “Set me free” trance remix, or “I wish skazi remix” by Infected Mushroom. I close my eyes and empty my mind, leting it all blank, “holding” the music. (Snape, if you’re reading this: that’s what I do when I say I’m going to meditate.)
But I asure you this could be a very nice way to WILD, especially after lunch.
Hmm… My last LD was triggered when, after using Pink Floyd’s “Time” as an alarm to wake up for over a month, I started listening to the music inside a dream and said to myself—bah, today is Saturnday. No use on waking up. Let’s explore this place.
(By the way: do use Pink Floyd’s '“Time” to wake you up, it feels great.)
I connected my iPod to my bedroom’s sound system (the lythium battery is dead, so ithe iPod is pretty much a hard drive now) and made a “wake up!” playlist which plays everytime the inbuilt alarm goes off. [x
Thank you, Cid.
Uhm… it says on warpmymind that I have to register to get access to the files. Do you know whether that´s for free and whether the files are for free also?
Ugh, a warning if you plan to use WMM files, it’s not as simple as tacking the file on your MP3 player every now and then. You have to listen at least once every day, be awake enough and calm enough to concentrate and keep at it.
I can never manage to keep at it for more than a week due to either the sleep monster or huge argument with my parents that leaves me unable to concentrate.
But if you think you can keep at it I’ve heard they’re very effective.
it does but not by a stupid curse… by selfsuggestion or just as a way to facilitate WILD so you stay “awake” while you go to sleep and it realxes your body easily to sleep paralysis
