I’ve been doing Auto-Suggestion for two years now, files and self-convincement. But it has had absolutely [b] [u] NO [/b] [/u] effect on me at all over the period of time.
Guided Meditation is my only safest technique, do you guys know any other non-strenous techs I can do to heighten my odds of LD-ing? (Which are at 0.00%…)
To be honest, I’ve only had 4-6 so far, in which every single one I failed to maintain lucidity long enough to achieve my goals. Now I’m in need of a master’s aid.

I would quit for a month. You are obviously frustrated, and you will not gain lucidity in this state. Relax, enjoy the summer. And if you can’t, I still will
I personally believe that AS is only effective if the phrase is actually programmed in your head. An example is this, if you tell yourself you will work out throughout the day you wont get any stronger if you don’t actually work out and the phrase is useless. You actually have to mean it and will yourself to do it, believe it and expect it to happen.
