Ok, let’s sum this crap up:

I’ve been doing Auto-Suggestion for two years now, files and self-convincement. But it has had absolutely [b] [u] NO [/b] [/u] effect on me at all over the period of time.

Guided Meditation is my only safest technique, do you guys know any other non-strenous techs I can do to heighten my odds of LD-ing? (Which are at 0.00%…) :help:

Well, what i do is i tell myself for 1 hour before i go to bed to wake up at 4am in the morning feeling relaxed and ready for a lucid dream

Set an alarm just incase.

Then when you wake up at 4, (i tend to go to bed around 12ish), do HILD, you must be relaxed and tired to do this.

Try this mate trust me, ive only just started and i have had an LD.

How much LDs have you got so far?

To be honest, I’ve only had 4-6 so far, in which every single one I failed to maintain lucidity long enough to achieve my goals. Now I’m in need of a master’s aid.

I would quit for a month. You are obviously frustrated, and you will not gain lucidity in this state. Relax, enjoy the summer. And if you can’t, I still will :cool:

4-6, be happy. I’ve tried for 6 months with no results.

I personally believe that AS is only effective if the phrase is actually programmed in your head. An example is this, if you tell yourself you will work out throughout the day you wont get any stronger if you don’t actually work out and the phrase is useless. You actually have to mean it and will yourself to do it, believe it and expect it to happen.

That’s what my sub-c seems to automatically reject, against my conscious will.

Even though I may have had LD-s, I achieved nothing in them. ARGH! So much I hate my AD/HD!!! :wallhit:
