I just spontaneously thought that… maybe LDs can affect the world surrounding us? Maybe they are some kind of control panels, but very few people have an ability to use them properly? Maybe we can change the past, see the future in LDs? They’re astral projections, so maybe this is the key… or are there only my sick thoughts? 
LD a control panel. I can see the future and have had OBE’s. LD is a kind of control panel, Ive seen many future parts. Hope this was a good answer for you 
I think there is a possibility that all you mentioned can be done in an LD. With the exception of changing the past, that just sounds silly.
OK, maybe I have gone too far. But that was a spontaneous thought that came into my mind. I thought it might be a good topic to discuss 
I try not to think about time, it’s not easy to understand what it is, if it actually even exists or is it just something humans have made up. Time traveling would be dangerous, the mere presence of another being back then could have a huge impact on the now, or it might not do anything at all.
Even if it is possible to change the past somehow through dreams, it’s too dangerous for any person to take the risk… mess around with the future as much as you like, just don’t touch the past. That’s what I think anyway.
Some say it is possible to see the future in dreams. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but it sounds possible.
Can LDs can affect the world surrounding us? You can try learning things in you’re dreams, that’s not very reliable though. But directly changing the physical world somehow? I suppose you should first get you’re dream self to the physical world first, then the dreamworld would have to be in a different dimension(or something like that)instead in you’re head. If you’re going to try it and have results, it be interested to hear of them.
And yes, it is a good topic to discuss. I think more opinions are needed though.
