Looking for a helping hand

I have been very interested in lucid dreaming for some time now but have not fully motivated myself to go through the patience. I have a hard time on remembering dreams but am working on it, for one reason is my bed is in the living room and i always get woken many times before i can fully rest or finish dreaming. I am very motivated to get this working and have even suggested buying vitamin B6 and Melatonin tablets which would help me on remembering dreams but the only problem is that I have no money so I am willing to do it naturally and do the work.

Would anyone have any techniques (preferably easy) for remembering dreams.
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the knowledgebase forum. There are articles on dream recall, choosing your method etc.
