lost it >_<...

so i have been in a high stress relationship, and have been out of the lucid dreaming community and activity all together for a long time. just getting to the end of a long and stressfully breakup… the whole thing has left me hardly able to dream… first i was having a hard time dreaming because i had so much other stuff on my mind… now the breakup is having me hardly able to sleep… VERY frustrating indeed… just looking to get “back in the game” i had gotten to the point of one lucid dream every month at the VERY least, sometimes multiple per week. now im lucky to remember one dream per week… HALP ME!

Nice to have you back ( Didn’t know you or that you were gone but still :content: ) Maybe you should try meditation :om: it really helps with stress, helps you focus and what not aye.

I second that.
Not only does it help you relax and focus, you remember your dreams, and other things more easily too. Your consciousness will be higher so it helps alot.

Do you still write down your dreams? In stressful periods, writing down what you remember will at least give you something to work with, and the habit makes it easier to remember dreams.

Maybe you should take up some sort of exercise to work the stress outta yourself. Running works really well for me. Perhaps skating, weight lifting, or biking would be better.

And I third meditation. It works wonders for me in terms of stress and concentration.

i odnt know weather to say im sorry or yay? but i think the meditation will work just take the foods like bananas nuts fish etc. ill look forward to read on ur progress
