i believe that you are talking about lucid dreams courses that could be bought over net.
i have bought few of them. including different audio cd’s, plants that could help achieve lucidity …
if you ask me … forget it. waste of money. for example Bradley Thompson’s lucid dreaming kit. he just put together bunch of information about lucid dreaming.
on the other hand here on this forum you can find free lucid dreaming course, with high success rate. it is called Infinity.
