hey, has anyone successfully managed to change their clothes in a lucid dream? i keep trying to do it but end up making no difference.
If you want to change your clothes, try to think out of the box; for instance, tell yourself that the clothes you’re wearing are magic transformation clothes, and that you can reach into your pocket and there’ll be a little remote with a big red button that when you press it, will change your clothes to whatever you want them to be.
This way, you aren’t forcing the dream to give you new clothes, you’re just working with the dream to give you the end result, in this case being new clothes. This should be much more effective in getting results. 
Thanks, i’ll try that. need to work on certain LD skills, because the only thing i can do well is flying. And my “spirit guide” taught me to teleport, and i can control the weather, like calling up storms and stuff, but there’s not much else i can do.

Try looking in a mirror. Like, walk back and forth, and see if your clothes change.
Close your eyes, imagine your clothes a different color, or completly different and open them. Simple, but effective.

I’m usually wearing clothes that aren’t mine. No I never tried to put on different clothes. I’m more focused on talking to people and exploring
same. In my dreams I usually have on my favourite shirt, jacket, and jeans. I’ve only noticed what I’m wearing a few times though. I don’t really bother checking.
